Forgot Username

  1. If you forget your User Name, select the Forgot Username link at the bottom of the customer login screen.

  2. Enter the email address that is linked to your Username.

  3. Click Continue.

  4. You will be prompted to answer one of your security questions:

  5. Click Submit.

  6. If the email address and security question are correct, the Username will be displayed:

  7. Click OK to continue.

  8. The Username will be automatically populated in the login screen, and you may continue.
