NuPoint Canvas

NuPoint Canvas is the interface you will use to access information and services that are housed within CSI NuPoint. Designed in an easy-to-navigate tile format, NuPoint Canvas can be used for a Customer Search, Account Lookup, or to launch Assigned Services like CenterView and CSI IQ.

Using a tablet? No problem. NuPoint Canvas is touch-enabled for tablets and other touch screen devices. Even better... many tiles are "application aware" and pull information from the other applications like CRM so that everything you need is in one convenient location. Tiles also present summary information. The number in the lower right corner of a tile represents the total number of an item: appointments, reminders, accounts, etc. Hovering over these numbers gives you more information about what they represent.

 

Power Pad

On the left of the screen is a tab called Power Pad, that lets you look up a customer or account and lets you repeat a lookup on customers or accounts you have viewed since you logged in.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can "pin" the Power Pad so that it stays open while using NuPoint, or you can "unpin" it so that it hides while not being used. If you prefer to hide the power pad, simply click on "Power Pad" at the far left of the NuPoint screen whenever you want to use it.

Assigned Services

 

Assigned Services are those CSI services or programs that you can launch directly from NuPoint. These include services such as Executive View, NuView, etc.

Tasks Tile

 

The Tasks tile is where you go to Start a New Task. From here you can bring up a list of core applications and special applications for the overall Bank, End of Year, Customer Service Emails, Transfers, etc. Each application has a tree of special functions including New Accounts, Multiple Maintenance, Rate Entries, EOY Forms entry, NSF Processing, and many others.

Most of the tasks you use daily come from Start a New Task. To make these easier to access, you can choose Add to My Tasks, and the task will be displayed on the Dashboard under My Tasks.

Customer Search

 

Customer Search is where you can view a customer CIF record and perform any maintenance on the customer, or view all of their accounts on one screen.

Account Lookup

 

Account Lookup allows you to view an account and perform any edit functions for it. Entering stop pays, escrow information, etc.

CSI News

 

News announcements and memos from CSI about upcoming changes can all be found in the CSI News tile. This tile will open a new window outside of NuPoint.

 

Appointments and Reminders

 

The Appointments and Reminders tiles grant quick access to appointments with your customers, reminders or cases being worked or created within CRM.

These tiles will only be available for those who currently use our CRM application.

My Team Customers and Prospects

The My Team Customers and My Team Prospects tiles allow you to quickly view all customers or prospects you are a team member on. Roles are bank-defined in CRM Management/Relationship Management

These tiles are only available for those currently using our CRM application. 

The Internet

You have direct access to the internet from within NuPoint Canvas. Using the Web Browser Tile you can access the internet from a new window. This allows you to easily move between NuPoint and the Internet. This tile will open your preferred Internet Browser.

My Web Sites

 

The My Web Sites function allows you to save a listing of favorite web site shortcuts. This listing will display within the My Web Sites tile every time you log in. Any websites you have saved will automatically open using your preferred default Internet Browser.

My Tasks

 

My Tasks allows you to quickly launch daily tasks, such as New Accounts, the NSF Account List, ACH Exceptions or Image EIP Accounts. A shortcut to any task can be established.

My Customers

 

Customers frequently reviewed can be added to the My Customers listing on NuPoint Canvas. This tile provides quick and easy access to customer information without having to perform a new search function each time.

My Accounts

 

Accounts frequently reviewed can be added to the My Accounts listing on NuPoint Canvas. This tile provides quick and easy access to account information without having to perform a new search function each time.
