Available in CenterView in the DDA Exceptions group of reports.

Lists all debit and credit transactions (including EFT items) and file maintenance that was posted today.

The following information is provided for each transaction: Account Number, Tran Code, Amount, and Sequence (Proof and Transit) Number.

A unique sequence number is assigned for electronic transactions. A description of the item is displayed below the transaction. The indicator in front of the description indicates the source of the transaction:

WDL is printed for ATM transactions

PUR is printed for PIN-based POS transactions

VISA PUR is printed for signature-based POS transactions

The transactions are listed in account number order in a three-up format. To use the report, read across and down each column. See the sample on the previous page to identify the columns.

When multiple transactions are posted to the same account, the account number is printed only for the first transaction. If transactions for the same account flow to the next column, the account number will be printed again at the top of the column to identify the first transaction.

Totals are provided at the end of the report. These totals can be verified with the Bank Totals produced at the end of the Trial Balance.

If a transaction is backdated through the on-line system, the first 4 positions of the sequence # field will show the backdated date.

Eraser Transactions will be identified on the Transaction Journal with an "E" in front of the Tran Code (TC).

The total, *CLN DDA1, will display on this report and the DDA Bank Totals Report (DD-04) when the Secondary Market Past Due option is used and dollar activity from automated funding is present. Refer to the LNS Help File for more information.

Sales tax information is included for banks that use the Sales Tax Rate option (dda 3988).
