Public Fund Type Codes for Reporting

Public Fund accounts are identified on the CSI system by Type.  Type 5 is assumed to be a Public Fund account.  As an option you can identify 5 additional Type Codes to identify Public Fund accounts.

If you have established Public Fund Type Codes in your bank control record, a Public Funds Report DD/SV-393 is generated at end-of-month.  An additional option can be set to receive the report on a daily basis.  The Public Funds Report provides the detail and totals you need for Call Reporting, including the accrued interest, current balance, quarterly average, quarterly minimum and quarterly maximum balances.
