Type Code Reporting Summary

See the Reports section of this manual for additional information and samples of the following reports.

Report Title

Description

Bank Totals

A breakdown of accounts by Type Code is provided.

Account Analysis DD/SV-056

Analysis Totals by Type within Service Charge Code can be generated as an option.

Asset/Liability

Asset/Liability Totals can be sub-totaled using up to four Ranking fields.  For DDA and Savings, the Type Code can be used as one of the ranking fields.

Call Report Data

The Type Code on each account determines the line item on which an account appears, based on Call Report parameters in your Advanced General Ledger BCR.

Excess Items Report

Accounts identified as Business Types will be included in the totals for Business on the Excess Items report.

Public Funds Report

Accounts identified as Public Fund Types will be reported on the Public Funds Report.  This report can be used to submit monthly data on Public Fund accounts to the FDIC.

Pre-authorized Transfers

Includes accounts with the Type Codes established in your bank control record for pre-authorized overdraft transfers from SAV to DDA.  Subtotals are included for each Type.

Demand Deposits $$$ and Over

The Type Code is listed for each account on this report for management to review large depositor accounts.

Board Reports (TY)

The Type Code (TYP ACT or TY CD) is listed for each account.

Compensating Accounts

The Type Code (TYP ACT or TY CD) is listed for each account.

Interest Account Analysis

The Type Code (TYP ACT or TY CD) is listed for each account.

New Account Today

The Type Code (TYP ACT or TY CD) is listed for each account.

New and Closed Accounts this Month

The Type Code (TYP ACT or TY CD) is listed for each account.

Overdrafts Over $$$$

The Type Code (TYP ACT or TY CD) is listed for each account.

Significant Balance Change Report

An optional balance change level can be set for business versus personal accounts, based on the Type of Account.

Trial Balance

The Type Code (TYP ACT or TY CD) is listed for each account.

Zero Balance and Closed

The Type Code (TYP ACT or TY CD) is listed for each account.
